‘Everyone is born to be a star’ – Charterhouse PRO, Robert Klah

Image
Charterhouse PRO, Robert Klah The Head of Public Events and Communication for Charterhouse Productions Ltd, Mr Robert Klah, believes that everyone’s stardom is present right from infancy. Speaking on Daybreak Hitz with Andy Dosty, he noted that everyone is born a star. Nevertheless, it depends on the individual to actualize and claim it. “Everybody is born a star. It is yours to lose it or attain it” Robert added that, in order be the star you were born to be, you have to find the grounds to thrive on and the path to chart. “If you ask an elephant to go and swim it won’t work, so it is when you are able to find your field, and walk on that particular path, and excel, then you become a star.” The Public Relations Officer also said it does not take one thing to make someone a successful star, but a perfect blend of talent, hard work, and capital to achieve that goal. “I think for me it is a perfect balance and combination of everything within the mix, having the mix right, based on who y

‘No one is born a star’ – Bulldog

Image
CEO of Bullhaus Entertainment and artiste manager, Lawrence Asiamah Hanson, known in showbiz circles as ‘Bulldog’, is of the view that, stars are not born but made. “We are all born empty. Nobody comes here with anything in their minds. After getting here, the way we respond to where we are is what makes our personality likable. You can’t see two babies and say that this one is a star and the other is not,” he told Andy Dosty in an interview on Daybreak Hitz. This comes after rapper and linguist Okyeame Kwame said that, there are people who are born stars, and others who are made through what he terms the “push and pull factors”. “Some stars are made and others are born. I know you’ve heard that statement. There are people who are born with a big persona. When they enter a room, they shut all the energy in the room with theirs,” the “Woso” rapper observed. In a rebuttal to Okyeame Kwame’s view, Bulldog registered his standpoint by citing a scenario where a human being, irrespective of

Some Comprehensive questions

Image
Literal, inferential, and evaluative questions help learners read and think in different ways. To help students monitor their comprehension, it helps to ask questions while you read. The three levels of questions are: Literal . The answers to literal questions can be found in the text. They are directly stated. We sometimes say this information is on the surface. Examples : What is the main character's name? What happened in the story on that page? Inferential . The answers to inferential questions can be found in the text too, but they are implied, not directly stated. We often say the information is in between the lines or under the surface. Examples: Why did the main character laugh? What do you think will happen next? Evaluative. The answers to evaluative questions require information outside of the text. We sometimes say the information is in the head or somewhere else. Examples: How are you similar to the main character? Why did the author write this book? Rather than simply
